Leadership Update

Dear community,

I’m writing to share that Ousman Noor has stepped down from his role as Co-Director, effective 13 December 2025, as he prepares to run for election in May 2026.

I want to thank Ousman for his leadership, commitment, and the contribution he has made during his time with the organisation. His work has helped shape The Civilian Agenda’s direction and strengthen our delivery, and I am grateful for the support and collaboration he brought to the role.

As Ousman transitions into this next chapter, I wish him the very best of luck with his campaign and the work ahead.

Our mission and priorities remain unchanged. I will continue to lead The Civilian Agenda and ensure continuity in our day-to-day work and delivery.
